Promoting the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major strategic decision made by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. The Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area released last year by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council proposes to accelerate infrastructure connectivity and provide strong support for the economic and social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, so as to achieve one-hour access between major cities in the Greater Bay Area.
Against this background, the Metro Industry Conference of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was held in Shenzhen on July 9-10, 2020. Authoritative experts from national development and reform commissions, urban rail transit companies, metro planning, design and construction organizations, new equipment, new material, new technology and supporting enterprises of rail transit, industry associations, societies, alliances and other institutes attended the meeting.
Wang Zhongbin, Marketing Director of TST, presented a speech entitled Thinking and Exploration on Diversified Demand of Railway Signal in Cities with Chinese Characteristics at the conference, and proposed cross-standard urban railway signal system solution for four-network convergence, which embodies sophistication, compatibility and standardization from three dimensions.
The 1-hour traffic network construction of the Greater Bay Area is inseparable from the construction of urban railway reasonably planned to be interconnected with trunk railway and intercity railway. There is a diverse demand of urban railway signal system, and the public transportation operation is the first and also the rigid demand. According to the actual needs, it will realize the function of cohesion and external connection, playing the role of a connecting link. As a typical new infrastructure in the rail transit, the urban railway with Chinese characteristics focuses on the key requirements, continuously goes deep into the operation scenarios, grasps the pain points and key problems, and enables the automation, intelligence and intelligence of the urban railway.
With the continuous promotion of the construction of the integrated transportation network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the urban railway is expected to usher in greater development. TST is to cooperate with our customers and industrial partners to build a “1-hour transportation network” in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
