Regional Sales Representative

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsibile for the whole sales process until sign contracts to reach the sales target.
- Responsible for marketing of TST signaling systems, understanding the customers’ requirements and managing the technical answers to customers.
- Bid management for strategic deal and manage and lead all prospecting, marketing and promotions and negotiations in order to ensure the sale of relevant products
- Set the regional sales plan and opportunity defined in line with strategy.
- Strategic analysis of Sales Campaign and perform ad ’hoc competitor analysis
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets as well as cooperating with the bid management team.
- Coordinate with all TST Department to ensure a total customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with TST Partner for the sales of the relevant product.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Understand the TST solution, produce and competitors’ and SWOT analysis.
- 5+ years working experience in signaling related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
