Regional Sales Representative


  • Responsibile for the whole sales process until sign contracts to reach the sales target.
  • Responsible for marketing of TST signaling systems, understanding the customers’ requirements and managing the technical answers to customers.
  • Bid management for strategic deal and manage and lead all prospecting, marketing and promotions and negotiations in order to ensure the sale of relevant products
  • Set the regional sales plan and opportunity defined in line with strategy.
  • Strategic analysis of Sales Campaign and perform ad ’hoc competitor analysis
  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets as well as cooperating with the bid management team.
  • Coordinate with all TST Department to ensure a total customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with TST Partner for the sales of the relevant product.


  • Understand the TST solution, produce and competitors’ and SWOT analysis.
  • 5+ years working experience in signaling related industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
