Shanghai Rail Transit Network Operation, Dispatch and Command Building (C3) is a new metro operation and management center established by Shanghai Metro using information technology and intelligent technology, aiming to improve service quality, enhance transportation efficiency, and ensure system safety and reliability.

Shanghai Metro Line 5 and Line 9 are two important lines with the signaling system provided by TST. Particularly, Metro Line 5 boasts China’s first signaling system which was operated, built and transformed simultaneously. It also adopts the TSTCBTC2.0 system independently developed by TST for the first time.
